CJ is very thorough and his knowledge and experience is very apparent throughout his delivery. He is friendly and approachable, communicates well and explains the techniques, reasoning, tactics background etc in very clear and meaningful way. He is very good at helping you to improve not only in your form and technical ability but with your boxing IQ and tactics, as well as sharing knowledge on important surrounding topics such as mobility, weight management etc. He is an excellent well rounded coach who has the ability to relate to almost (if not) everyone and help build their confidence alongside their skillset regardless of experience. I would highly recommend CJ to anyone who is looking to improve their boxing skills for competition or even just as a mechanism for improving general fitness as he will fit around your needs and work with your strengths whilst building on your weaknesses. Definitely worth trying him out and seeing for yourself.
